"Cast your anxiety on Him because He cares for you." 1 Peter 5:7

No matter how stressed you are, know that God is always there waiting to listen to you.

And He also says in Deuteronomy 31:6
'Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you."' Not only did God promise that He will never leave you, He also gave you friends to encourage you and help you.

'Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.' 1 Cor 1:3-4
